About the position

In the role of plumber/HVAC technician, you will have significant responsibility and work closely with both boards and residents. You will be an important part of Fenix's outward face.

Job responsibilities:

• Service and repair of HVAC installations
• Troubleshooting in urgent and planned matters
• Maintenance work in properties
• Contact with boards and residents
• Documentation and reporting

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained and/or certified plumber/HVAC technician
• Has several years of experience in service work (preferably within housing cooperatives/properties)
• Is self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys customer contact and has a professional demeanor
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
